Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges for size (except special orders) are potentially available. Contact to inquire.

Resizing of rings is available on request. If a commission has been manufactured to an agreed size, but does not fit correctly, we will happily resize at cost price. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Please ensure you pack any product(s) you return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and processed.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Please allow up to 14 days to process the credit to your account. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect this transaction.

As you will be responsible for the safe return of any items, we recommend that you use a registered postal service.

Making Payments
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard and VISA). In addition we accept payment with GooglePay, ApplePay, Shop Pay, Zip and PayPal.

For orders over $600, we also offer the option of direct bank deposits. Please contact us directly to arrange payment. Once funds are cleared, we will dispatch your order.
